Yay! No advice available from me, but congratz and I hope your first experience is memorable. The first time I did it was in Delphi Greece and I’ll never forget it. It was a great experience.

I have to laugh – and this will only get better – but you’ve come to the right place honey ;-) There are two people here who are very experienced with this. Madonna Kettler is a hypnotherapist and Lena Swanson does a kind of regression through shamanic journeying. They both have very detailed profiles here that you can read. How cool connections like this can be made here already… makes me happy!!

That’s so awesome Suzanne. I am doing a yoga retreat this weekend so my time is really limited to up cobra and down dog and ice and hot bath lol. But I will contact both of these ladies in the near future as this is a subject I am very interested in! Happy Weekend and pray that I don’t drown tonight!
