Root Chakra speaks to me the most and the one I feel most connected with. Shannon, I can relate to your comments about the Solar Plexus ~ I started my business a year and a half ago and feel the ebb and flow you were talking about :)

I love using essential oils and flower essences with Chakras. One of my favorite ways is to use them before bed when I’m out of balance with a Chakra or know one of my chakras will be challenged the next day.

My fav is Subtle Aromatherapy by Patricia Davis. The focus is on using essential oils, flower essences and hydrosols to support the Chakras, but there is also loads of other great info on chakras and energy healing.
